Iceland

In this audio-visual, I was able to combine images taken on separate visits to Iceland, in summer and in winter. It is a slow and contemplative journey through the majestic landscapes of that harsh but beautiful country. The music is by a young, contemporary Icelandic composer and pianist, Ólafur Arnalds. I feel that it perfectly evokes the winter chill, and the crystalline ice formations.
